These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cozybits ("Service"), a web-based habit tracking application operated by an individual developer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Cozybits, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Cozybits. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Cozybits is offered on a subscription basis at $2.99 USD per month. A 30-day free trial is available to new users. After the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.
All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are unsatisfied with the Service. After this window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at the email address listed below.

All content, design, code, and materials within Cozybits are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Your habit data and account information are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details on how we collect, store, and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Cozybits available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
Cozybits is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cozybits at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
